The DEBAG GALA 40 oven is the perfect solution for all your baking needs with its even heat distribution, energy efficiency for reduced running costs and compact footprint for integration into the smallest in-store layout. It comes with the options of an extraction hood, automatic steam condensing unit, built-in 2 litre water tank avoiding the need for mains supply and underframe for a prover or tray storage and product display.
