As Alan is passionate about his Historic Food range, having spent nearly a decade in its creation and development, he has naturally ensured that only the finest and freshest quality seasonal ingredients are used to create the best tasting pickles and chutneys yet created.
Alan has had many of the ingredients grown in Worcestershire and Staffordshire using heritage seeds for true authenticity and a point of difference. All the products have been hand produced and cooked in small batches in the Vale of Evesham.
When creating the Historic Food range, Alan wanted to highlight the importance of provenance and sustainability by supporting his local rural community, just like they had to do in the past. Whilst the Historic Pickles and Chutneys may not be the cheapest on the market, Alan certainly wants to ensure that they are the best.
